Industrial Painting
Swansea, Cardiff, South Wales

The performance and service life of a protective coating system is dependent upon a number of criteria. These criteria include factors such as choice of coating system, ambient conditions under which the system is to be applied and the standard of surface preparation to be undertaken prior to application of the paint. Of these considerations, the most important factor is in establishing and maintaining a high standard of surface preparation. Failure to ensure high standards of surface preparation will inevitably have a detrimental effect on the eventual life and performance of the coating system applied. Surface preparation of new steel is best achieved by the use of abrasive blast cleaning to remove mill scale and rust and provide a suitable surface profile for application of the coating system
Anti Corrosion Painting

Paints may be applied by a variety of methods depending upon the products to be applied, the nature and complexity of the surface to be coated, dry film thickness requirements, and ambient conditions during application. After surface preparation and before applying paint, surfaces should be thoroughly vacuumed to remove any remaining fine dust particles, which cannot be removed by brushing, and which would otherwise impair the adhesion of subsequently applied paint coats. Methods of application include coil coating, dipping, roller, brush, conventional air spray, and airless spray.
Painting Gas Cylinders
We can paint a wide variety of metal objects including gas cylinders to stop them from corroding due to bad weather conditions. Each gas cylinder will be painted according to customer requirements by our professional employees.
